How much sod do I need?+
Measure the length and width of each area and multiply to get square feet, then add 5 to 10 percent for cuts and edges. One pallet covers 600 square feet. Our sod calculator does the math, and we are happy to confirm your measurements.
Do you install sod in Nassau and Suffolk County?+
Yes. We deliver and install sod for homes and commercial properties across Nassau and Suffolk, from Garden City to the North and South Forks.
How fast can sod be delivered?+
Delivery is often available within a few days. Sod is cut to order, so it arrives fresh and roots better.
What grass works best for Long Island lawns?+
Cool-season grasses like Kentucky Bluegrass and fescue blends do well here. Zoysia is a good fit for hot, sunny, high-traffic yards. We will recommend one based on your sun, soil and use.
